Typical Meeting Structure

3:00 - Opening Ceremony & Flag (uniforms on!) 3:10 - Patrol Time (age-based small groups) 3:30 - Skills Training or Activity 4:15 - Announcements & Closing 4:25 - Dismissal

What to Bring

Wear your uniform shirt. Bring your handbook and a pen. If we're doing outdoor skills, dress for the weather and be ready to get dirty. Water bottle recommended. Leave electronics in the car unless instructed otherwise.

Attendance & Advancement

Consistent attendance is key to advancement and troop readiness for high adventure. If your son will miss a meeting, let the patrol leader or troopmaster know. Extended absences may affect eligibility for certain trips or leadership positions.

What if there's bad weather?

Meetings are rarely canceled. We meet indoors most of the year. Check email or the troop Facebook page for any last-minute changes.

Can parents attend meetings?

Parents of Woodlands boys (ages 5-11) must stay on-site. Parents of older boys are welcome to observe from the fellowship area. Volunteer opportunities are always available—talk to the troopmaster.
